PASTE Metal-Glue Rapid is two component, fast bonding glue- epoxy paste. Glues and fills decrements, bonds in 15 minutes. Produced in aluminum color.

This is dense universal epoxy glue, two-component fast- bonding regenerative preparation, contained in two dosage syringes- proportioners. It sticks together: metals, ceramics, concrete, wood, hard rubber, glass, marble, plastics (it does not glue details made of polyethylene, polypropylene, teflon).

A highly resistant, fast bonding two- component preparation, to the repair of castings, welds, joining details made of various materials. Sticks and fills holes and cracks, fixes mutual position of elements, enables forming damaged bearing settings, etc.


We can modify ourselves the elasticity of glue- paste after exact mixing, by 3- minute mixing the components in various proportions. Mix the two components together, that is the Base and Reactor quickly, in proportion by volume, dosing the amount exactly from syringes:

Glue stiff, slightly elastic - 1 part of Base to 0.5 part of Reactor
Glue elastic, flexible - 1 part of Base to 0.75 part of Reactor
Glue very elastic, like rubber - 1 part of Base to 1 part of Reactor.

There in this proportion, is a reduced thermal stability– use the glue bonding in the temperature less than 50° C.

There will be 4-6 minutes left after mixing to spread the mixed paste onto the details to be glued. The next 10 minutes, the glue will be slowly cured. In thinner layers, the curing is slower and the hardening is achieved after 20- 40 minutes. Full hardening takes several hours, depending on the environment temperature.

It is advantageous to roughen the surfaces before gluing together by means of abrasive paper or grinder; and next, exactly degrease the places going to be glued and apply the preparation after a very exact 1.5-minute mixing, using the spatula, which is attached to the kit. The strength of joint is dependant upon exactness of mixing.


1.Elimination of leakage from heat exchangers, water pipes, central heating, fuel and oil tanks; patching of polyester shell plating of yachts and tanks, etc.
2.Repair of fractures in metal elements. Reinforcing corroded elements and metal sheet plates by application several layers of bandages made of glass fiber cloth or metal wire gauze with a layer of glue.
3.Fixing by gluing: shafts in holes, screws in screwed elements and mutual fixing individual elements of a construction made of metal, ceramics or plastics- by means of glue joint.
4.Permanent fixing metal elements in: ceramic base, concrete foundation, marble, granite, porcelain, semi- vitreous chinaware, glass, wood, hard rubber, plastics (with the exception of polyethylene).
5.Mutual fixing elements made of metal, ceramics, stone, semi- vitreous chinaware, glass, etc., e.g. reconstruction by means of glue a damaged rolling bearing setting.
6.Sealing cylinder blocks and motor heads from the waterside, repair of fractures in castings and welds. Then we do grooving the crack using the grinder or driller and drill holes at the beginning and the end of crack, and we bring the glue into the groove- advantageously we stick on the top of the crack a piece of metal wire gauze or glass fiber cloth; we cover the top of junction with another layer of glue.

2.Safety and work hygiene: The glue does not contain toxic components. Some people can have a slight allergy to amine compounds contained in reactor- however; these compounds are not volatile so the health hazard is minimal. During mixing and spreading glue, the hands should be protected by safety gloves. In the case of getting reactor B into the eye-, wash the eye with a stream of water. Dirty hands wash with water and soap, and remove the resin from hands using denature alcohol, acetone.

Attention: do not make a mistake with the color of hole plugs at closing the outlet stub pipes of syringes. Each syringe has a stopper which color is similar to the color of the label placed on the syringe. A mistake in application of a stopper with wrong color may result in an initial curing the substance flow out the syringe.
